I created Finding the Foundation to demonstrate the importance of self awareness when seeking to make changes in ones life. It is my belief that being self aware is a key component to ones overall health and the turning point to change. Professional counseling is just as important as going to the dentist, gym or primary care physician.
To achieve holistic wellness you must take care of your mind, body and soul, not excluding one from the other.
